Chairman

Mr. Ismail Al-Dulfi is the Chairman of the Board and the Head of the Iraq Traders Association, officially approved by the Iraqi Council of Ministers in 2019. He is also the Chairman of several companies, including Sada Al-Maarefa for Trading and General Contracting, Ard Al-Tur for Electrical and Home Appliances Trading, Dubai Exchange (rated A), and Aiyana for Medical Supplies. Additionally, he is the official owner of the Okya and Prince trademarks.

With a distinguished history in trade, Mr. Al-Dulfi is regarded as one of Iraq’s most prominent traders, particularly in the electrical products market, which he entered in 2004 and continues to engage in to this day. His extensive expertise has earned him the trust of most electrical agents in the Iraqi market. He has a highly regarded reputation, and all agents trust and respect him for his demonstrated respect and willingness to assist others.

Haj Ismail has a forward-looking vision for expanding the local industrial sector in Iraq and aims to broaden operations year after year. The Al-Dulfi family in Iraq is involved in various fields of work, most notably:

  • Electrical Appliances Sector: The Okya and Prince brands, with partnerships with factories such as Gree, AUX, and HAIER.
  • Food Sector: Our company, under an investment contract with the General Company for Food Industries, has rehabilitated the production lines of this company under the renowned Yafa brand, which has been well-known in Iraq since 1962. Local production of the Yafa brand had ceased in 2003, but our company imported several machines from European factories and now distributes water across all Iraqi provinces, achieving excellent sales.
  • Food Sector: Farooj Al-Abdallah restaurant chain (a Lebanese franchise), where our company currently owns two branches, with plans to expand by opening additional branches across all Iraqi provinces.
  • Medical Sector: Aiyana Medical Supplies has established an intravenous solution (IV fluid) production line.
